📋 Rules & Regulations
Please review our policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable celebration for everyone
- Bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance
- Parties are limited to 3-hour time slots
- Additional time will be charged at ₹1,000 per hour
- Setup and cleanup time is included in your booking
- Maximum capacity is 50 guests including children
- Additional guests beyond package limits will be charged ₹250 per person
- At least one adult must remain present throughout the party
- All children must be supervised by their parents/guardians
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted
- Special dietary requirements must be communicated 48 hours in advance
- Alcohol is strictly prohibited on the premises
- Cake cutting service is included in all packages
- Confetti, glitter, and piñatas are not permitted
- Decorations must not be attached to walls with tape or nails
- All decorations must be removed at the end of the event
- Any damage to property will incur repair/replacement charges
- 50% advance payment required to confirm booking
- Full payment due 7 days before the event
- Cancellations 14+ days in advance: full refund
- Cancellations 7-13 days in advance: 50% refund
- Cancellations less than 7 days in advance: no refund
