Welcome to KidZ 'n' KidZZilla Play Zone
To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all children and families, we kindly request you to follow these rules and guidelines.
Important Notice
By entering the premises, parents/guardians acknowledge and agree to abide by the above Terms & Conditions & Play Zone Rules.
Must Read
1 General Terms
- Entry is permitted only after registration/payment at the reception.
- Children must always be accompanied by a parent/guardian unless enrolled in DayCare or supervised sessions.
- KidZ 'n' KidZZilla is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings.
- Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service to anyone who does not comply with the rules.
2 Safety Rules
- Socks are mandatory for children and adults inside the Play Zone.
- No outside food or beverages are allowed inside the play area.
- Children who are sick, have contagious conditions, or show signs of illness will not be allowed inside.
- Rough play, pushing, or inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited.
- Parents/guardians are responsible for their child's behavior and safety at all times.
3 Age & Usage Guidelines
- Play Zone is designed for children aged 1 to 12 years.
- Certain play equipment has age/height restrictions, which must be followed for safety.
- Toddlers (under 3 years) should always be in the toddler-designated zone.
4 Food & Party Rules
- Food and drinks are permitted only in designated areas (not inside play structures).
- Party Hall bookings must be confirmed with an advance payment.
- Decorations, cakes, and outside catering must be pre-approved by management.
- Any damage to property during events/parties will be charged to the booking person.
5 DayCare & Tuition Rules
- Children enrolled in DayCare/Tuitions must be signed in and signed out by an authorized parent/guardian.
- Parents must inform staff about any allergies, medications, or special needs in advance.
- Timely pick-up is expected; late fees may apply.
6 Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
- All payments must be made in advance for entry, packages, or bookings.
- Packages and passes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Party booking cancellations made less than 7 days prior will not be eligible for refunds.
7 Photography & Media
- Photos and videos may be taken by our team for promotional purposes only with parental consent.
- Parents may take personal photos/videos of their children but should respect the privacy of other families.
8 Liability Disclaimer
- While we take utmost care to provide a safe environment, KidZ 'n' KidZZilla is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or incidents resulting from unsafe play or parental negligence.
- Parents/guardians accept full responsibility for their child's participation in play, daycare, and other activities.
9 Management Rights
- Rules are subject to change for safety and operational reasons.
- The decision of the management in all matters will be final.
